I used the Q6 Poron Foam Kit in combination with tape mod and polyfil and the keyboard sounds and feels amazing. I've used these mods with the stock foam before but with the new Poron Foat Kit it feels and sounds so much better. I love it, highly recommended.

The order was full filled in a timely manner, the product was in good condition, and as described.

This made a huge difference. Before, the keyboard was a little high pitched for me. The foam have it a nice thock sound and feel.

I wasn't really happy with the sound of my Q6 out of the box. I used the foam between the plate and PCB and the solid foam for the bottom of the case and it really made the sound I wanted. I still wanted to have some effect from the gaskets on the plate, so I didn't use the perforated layer that goes between the PCB and solid foam. It's nice that they give you different pieces so you can customize the sound and feel the way you like. I also felt that the foam between the PCB and plate was cut in a much nicer way compared to the original foam that came with my keyboard.

I installed the Poron Foam Kit on my Q6, and my world changed. Instead of clack, now it goes thock (very, very quietly). I'm using a mix of Gazzew U4 Boba Silent and Durock Blue Macaw tactile switches, and the sound profile has shifted completely from a semi-clacky sound to a very muted note when keys hit that tactile bump. This keyboard has become my daily driver for work, zero background noise when taking notes on calls.

Although I bought the full kit, I ended up not using the layer between plate and PCB, just the other two layers - the solid layer and one of the perforated layers. Very satisfied with the update, one of the best updates I've done to this keyboard!

Also a shout-out to the Keyboard Kustoms team for the precisely cut layers, everything fit perfectly, I had no tear-outs or areas that needed to be trimmed. Thanks for a great upgrade!
