Processing and Handling Times

Unless otherwise stated, all orders will be shipped in 2 business days. 

 

Extended Processing and Handling Times

From time to time the staff at Keyboard Kustoms will be away on leave and this will impact our processing and handling times. When this occurs we will have a visible notice on the home page of www.keyboardkustoms.com informing you.

 

Shipping Rates and Time

Shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on the weight of the order. USPS First Class Package is the most economical shipping and is available for orders under 1lb. Orders 1lb or above will need to be shipped USPS Priority Mail or with DHL

An estimated shipping time to your address is provided at checkout. However this is only a carrier estimation and actual shipping times may vary. Once an order leaves our premises we are not responsible for any delays experienced in the shipping time. 

 

Lost or Damaged Items

We are not responsible for items that get lost or damaged during transit. Once an item leaves our premises it is beyond our control and responsibility.

USPS Priority Mail automatically includes insurance up to $50 value

 

All our products are inspected for quality prior to being shipped, however we make mistakes too. We want you to be satisfied not only with the product you receive, but the experience you have when purchasing from us. If you received a damaged item or your package is lost please contact immediately.
