Only upload photos or video where you have ownership rights, or you have been granted permission by someone who does. Don't send content you found online, screenshots of other people's posts, or anything you don't have the right to share. 

You keep ownership of your content. When you submit it, you give Keyboard Kustoms free, ongoing, non-exclusive permission to display, edit (for example crop, trim or compress) and share it on our website, YouTube channel and social media, credited to the handle you provide. We don't pay for submissions, and we won't sell your content to anyone else.

We won't publish, and may remove, anything that includes:

• Nudity, sexual or suggestive content
• Hate speech, slurs, or symbols that others might find offensive 
• Harassment, bullying, threats or violence
• Anything illegal, or that encourages illegal or dangerous activity
• Other people's personal information, such as names, addresses, faces of people who haven't agreed, or screens showing private details
• Copyrighted music, film or TV audio in videos. Sound tests should be the sound of the keyboard only
• Advertising, spam, links, watermarks or promotion of other shops
• Content that isn't about keyboards or keyboard builds
• Pretending to be someone else, or using an offensive or misleading handle

Every submission is manually reviewed before it appears on the site. We may edit titles and descriptions for clarity, and we can decline or remove any submission at any time, without notice or explanation.

Changed your mind? Email us and we'll take your photos or video down from our website. Copies already shared on social media may stay up for a while, but we'll remove what we reasonably can.

If you see something on our community pages that's yours and was shared without your permission, or that breaks these rules, use the Report link under that photo or video. We review every report and take content down while we look into it where appropriate.

If someone repeatedly sends content that breaks these rules, or isn't theirs to share, we may block them from submitting in future.

When you submit, we record your handle, email address and IP address so we can review your submission, contact you if needed, and prevent abuse. Your email address is never shown on the site. See our privacy policy for more.
